Pisco Flamingo
Our tribute to the stunning pink flamingos of South America. This simple combination of juices makes for a delicious and beautiful drink.
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Pucara Pisco Quebranta
- 45ml pineapple juice
- 45ml cranberry juice
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
2. Strain into a chilled tumbler glass and top with fresh ice
3. Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit peel
