Chilli Piscorita
INGREDIENTS
- 15ml Chilli infused pisco (Pucara Quebranta)
- 30ml Pucara Pisco Quebranta
- 15ml Cointreau
- 30ml Lime
- 15ml Hibiscus Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Apply spice mix to rim of coupe. Add Pisco, Chilli Pisco, Cointreau, Lime Juice and Hibiscus Syrup to shaker. Add ice and hard shake for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into coupe. Garnish with whole dried chilli.
